How much does it cost?

The Rapid Removal Process, stains are off the same day, .40 cents a square foot of roof surface cleaned, usually the North side of the roof or real shady areas of the roof, If Oklahoma Roof Restore starts cleaning your roof and we can't get the black streaks or moss of your roof, IT WILL BE FREE.

The Gradual Method, stains are taken off by Mother Nature (rain) if you get a lot of rain then cleaning process will be faster then if you don't get much rain, it will come clean, it just takes longer then the Rapid Removal Process. This method will cost .20 cents a square foot.

On most homes, .40 cents a square foot of roof surface cleaned.    2500 x .40 = $500.00  
 Homes with extremely steep roofs or difficult access will cost more.


 For a rough estimate: If you have a one story home you can use the living area square footage
plus 20% for the pitch of the roof if you have a real steep roof, one that you can't be walk on you need to add 40%... Don't forget the garage it will add more area to be cleaned.


An average 2 car garage is about 500 to 600 square feet of roof surface. For a two story home you will have to measure the outside of the house to get the square footage then multiply by 20%, 40% if it is real steep.
Large dormers and porches should be measured separately. Once you have the area, multiply
by .40 cents for Rapid Removal Process or .20 for Gradual Method
